Question: If I joined the membership, how soon can I use my benefits?

Answer: Once your membership payment is processed and verified, your membership becomes active immediately.

Question: Does the membership cover accidents?

Answer: Yes, our Membership Program encompasses everything from jumpstarts, tows, winch-outs, lock-outs, and essentially any service you require in the towing industry, including accident assistance and secondary towing. The only exception is storage charges.

Question: If I have multiple vehicles in the family, how does that work?

Answer: The primary account holder can add multiple vehicles as desired, with an associated fee for each addition. However, the fee for additional vehicles is less than half of the membership fee. You also enjoy having the 5 services for each vehicle individually. For example, if you have 3 vehicles, then you have 5 services for each vehicle for the year.

Question: For the 5 services am I allowed to do all tows?

Answer: Yes, you have the flexibility to choose any type of tow or service you require. Whatever your needs may be, we can accommodate them.

Question: Do you provide heavy towing services?

Answer: Currently, we lack the heavy equipment necessary to perform that type of work. However, we aim to venture into that area at a later date.

Question: If I have a business and a fleet of vehicles, can I use this membership for all my vehicles?

Answer: We are actively addressing the commercial capacity and requirements of the commercial sector, and it will soon be available. Currently, it is intended for public use.

Question: Are water recovery services included in the services plan?

Answer: Water recovery is considered a specialized service and is not covered under the membership program. Currently, we do not have the necessary equipment for underwater diving and vehicle recovery.Â
